Ebbetts Pass Historical Association, a.k.a. EPHA

The purpose of EPHA is to:

1. Collect, preserve, catalogue, and display as appropriate, items of historical interest pertaining to the general region from Ebbetts Pass to Angels Camp along California State Route 4, defined herein as the Ebbetts Pass corridor.

2. Educate and share information with all interested parties on the history of the Ebbetts Pass corridor.

3. Collect, assemble and/or publish publications deemed necessary for the preservation of the history of the Ebbetts Pass corridor.

4. Maintain an organization sufficient in finances and membership to carry out these purposes.
